Information on Insurance, Rates, and Payment Options

Authentic Insights Counseling is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. Below is a breakdown of my rates and insurance information to help you plan your sessions:

Rates

• Assessment interview (60 minutes): $175

• Individual therapy session (50 minutes): $150

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Insurance

Authentic Insights Counseling is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Choice, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna PPO, and Cigna PPO. Authentic Insights Counseling is currently an out-of-network provider for all other insurances. However, many insurance plans provide partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. If your plan offers this option, I am happy to provide you with billing statements that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

To determine your coverage, please contact your insurance provider and ask about out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services. Questions to ask include:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?

• Is there a deductible, and has it been met?

Please note, insurance policies and reimbursements vary widely, so I recommend verifying the details with your provider before starting treatment.
